setXIQSGsmCell ( String list_of_id , Long id_cell , Long plmn , Long lac , Long bcch )
Assign permanently the specified Gsm Cell to a group of Gsm ports
Parameters
String list_of_id
a list of Gsm port id comma (',') separated.
Long id_cell
A Gsm Cell Id currently seen by port(s).
Long plmn
Public Lan Mobile Network (Country Code + Operator CCCOO)
Long lac
Location Area
Long bcch
Broadcast Control Channel Freq absolute
